& that the road wasn't linear
→ The foundation: According to my parents and from what I remember, as a kid, I talked to everyone. I loved interacting with people to connect and genuinely understand them.
→ The adventure: At 18 years old, as a young adult, I decided to leave for the USA to study Business & Human Resources.
→ The stepping stones: At 23 years old, having completed my degree at the VUB in Belgium, I moved from business development in the diamond industry to executive recruitment and project management, before immersing myself in intensive coaching trainings end of 2017.
→ A huge transformation: That path eventually led me to Krauthammer International, where I was trained to become a behavioural change expert and where I worked as a “learning and development consultant” across various industries and countries.
